ListLift
The Instagram follower export tool that shows the real count before you export.

ListLift in 4 steps
No setup, no account. Install and go.
- 1
Install ListLift
Add it to Chrome from the Web Store.
- 2
Enter a profile
Paste a username or profile URL — yours, or any public one you can view.
- 3
Pick followers or following
See the real count before you commit to anything.
- 4
Export, or resume anytime
Download a clean CSV — if it’s interrupted, pick up right where you left off.
Export failed or got blocked? Here’s what actually helps
Instagram has been actively rate-limiting automated browsing lately — this isn’t a ListLift bug. In order of what actually helps:
- 1
Switch Instagram accounts
This matters most. Use a different account than the one that got flagged — the flag isn’t permanent, it usually clears in a few days, but switching keeps you exporting in the meantime. An older, established account holds up better than a brand-new one.
- 2
Switch devices or browsers too
Instagram checks device and IP, not just the account — a fresh browser or a different laptop helps.
- 3
Slow down
Don’t run exports back-to-back — space them out.
- 4
Wait if flagged
If you do get flagged, stop and wait a couple of days before trying again. Retrying right away just resets the clock.
Everything you need, nothing you don’t
See the real count first
We load the profile and show the exact total before anything exports. Regular accounts — up to several hundred followers — export in full. Very large public accounts are often capped by Instagram itself, and you see that upfront, not mid-run.
Followers or following, your call
Export either list — or both — from any profile you can already view.
Paced to protect your account
Waits between requests and backs off hard if Instagram pushes back. Choose Safe, Balanced or Fast — all three more cautious than the industry default.
New Followers tab
Instagram removed chronological follower order platform-wide — there’s no getting that back. Export regularly and ListLift compares two exports for you, showing exactly who’s new and who’s gone since last time.
Clean CSV, real columns
Username, full name, user ID, private/verified status and profile URL — opens straight in Excel, Sheets or Numbers.
Nothing you export touches our servers
The export itself runs in your browser. No account needed for your first 200 profiles.
The core stays free — forever
Pro raises the limits — for bigger exports, not more frequent ones. Cancel anytime.
