Refund Policy
All Pro purchases are final — here’s why, and the one case where we still make it right.
All sales are final
Pro plans are billed at a low, flat rate for immediate full access to the paid tier, so we don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind or dissatisfaction once a purchase is made. Every extension’s free tier is genuinely capable and needs no account — try it first, so you know exactly what you’re getting before you pay.
The one exception: billing errors
If a payment goes through but the paid tier never activates on your account, or you were charged more than once for the same plan, email us and we’ll fix it or refund that specific charge. This covers billing and technical errors on our end — it doesn’t cover limitations from the platform an extension works alongside (for example, Instagram’s own rate limits), which are outside our control.
